Chef’s Kitchen: Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, concrete counters, and a coffee and wine bar complete with essentials like a Keurig, drip coffee maker, blender, cocktail glasses, and more. 2 Bedrooms: Each room features King Size Helix Dreamcloud beds, down-alternative pillows, and Parachute linens. Room-darkening blinds and 43” Smart TVs ensure ultimate comfort. 1 Bathroom: Walk-in shower, luxurious toiletries, plush towels, and a first-aid kit, hair blow dryer, lotion. Private Backyard: Relax with a plunge pool, BBQ, dining area, pergola, fire pit, and cornhole. String lights add ambiance for cozy evening gatherings. House Rules

-Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. -No Animals of any kind are permitted on the property under any circumstances. We have the right to cancel the booking immediately if we choose if this rule is broken. -No parties or gatherings: outdoor noise monitoring devices listen and detect loud noises beyond just music. We will be notified if constant noise persists that will disrupt neighbors. These measure decibel rates over time rather than individual noises. this device protects you from false accusations of parties from pesty neighbors and keeps the peace. -No outside or extra guests are permitted. Please ensure the only guests at the property are those which were registered. Max occupancy is 4 people both inside and outside. We have motion detection cameras situated all along on the exterior for security of the property to verify if large groups are gathering. - Security Cameras. No Tampering with covering or disconnecting security cameras. 100$ fine for tampering with cameras. - No Drugs. - No smoking of any kind inside, this includes vaping. 300$ cleaning fine if violated and evidence is found. We have an inside monitoring device that detects smoke, and vapors. - Quiet hours are 10pm - 7am please be respectful of our neighbors and refrain from creating a noise disturbance. - Respect the furniture. Please treat the furniture as if it was your own. NO moving furniture. $500 fine for broken or evidence of furniture moved.

-Quiet Hours: Our home is a peaceful space designed for relaxation and connection. If you’re looking for a party venue, this may not be the best fit. Please respect our quiet hours from 10pm to 8am to ensure a restful environment for all. Guest Policy: Only registered guests are permitted on the property, with a maximum occupancy of 4 people inside and outside. Pet-Free Property: To maintain cleanliness and comfort for all guests, no animals are allowed. Violation of this rule will result in cancellation of the booking without refund. Security: Outdoor security cameras are installed at the front and back for your safety. Tampering with these devices will incur a $100 fee. Noise Monitoring: The patio is equipped with devices to monitor smoke and noise levels. These help us ensure respectful use during quiet hours and avoid disturbances to neighbors. Non-Smoking: Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the home. A $300 cleaning fee will apply if evidence of smoking is found. Furniture Care: Please treat our furnishings with care and avoid moving them. A $500 fine applies if furniture is broken or found out of place.

This property is tastefully decorated and well maintained. Check-in was super easy and the location is super convenient. This house is so beautiful and comfortable that made it so easy to feel right at home. My child enjoyed playing in the backyard which is spacious and nicely furnished. Our host, Lauren, is amazing. We enjoyed all the refreshments and appreciate all the thoughtful touches. Everything in this home was very well organized/labeled. It has everything that we needed and beyond. We'd love to come back again.

My little family and I had an amazing stay at lauren’s place. We came for a quick weekend stay to take our 4 year old to legoland for his birthday (which was a quick 10 minute drive by the way, so that was nice!) The home was exactly as pictured and honestly the pictures don’t even do the place justice. All the details that Lauren has put into her home, from the labels, the organization, and all the extras she provides with the home really made this home truly one of the bests we’ve stayed at. She was accommodating with a slightly early check in time which was nice as we just came into town from a 6 hour drive. She was responsive and checked in to make sure everything was going okay. As a family with 2 kids, we felt safe in the neighborhood we were in. I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the beautiful backyard! Would definitely book again next time we come into town.
